В соответствии со ст. 10 ФЗ «О статусе члена Совета Федерации и статусе депутата Государственной Думы ФС РФ» депутаты каждый год до 1 апреля сдают сведения о своих доходах, расходах, имуществе и обязательствах имущественного характера, а также о доходах членов семей за прошлый год.

He floated the idea of restricting the use of Telegram in Ukraine and Russia, a suggestion that was met with fierce opposition from users. Shortly after, Durov backed off the idea.
