Возле дома, где ранее располагался штаб рабочих и фронтовиков, восставших против большевистской диктатуры, был установлен мемориал русским героям с портретами лидера повстанцев Дмитрия Ивановича Федичкина, а также Викторина Михайловича Молчанова и Авенира Геннадьевича Ефимова, в разное время командовавших подразделением из участников восстания, влившихся в армию Колчака.
Напомним, что Ижевско-Воткинское восстание стало самым крупным выступлением рабочих против антирусской леворадикальной диктатуры, армия повстанцев составляла 25 тысяч человек и контролировала территории с населением более 1 млн человек.
