В прежней редакции балконы и лоджии в составе площади квартиры учитывались. 2. Исправить нестыковку можно посредством запроса в Росреестр. Многим потребителям расчет с самого перехода на прямые договоры по коммунальным услугам делали по площади из ЕГРН, а не по техпаспорту. Т.е. переплачивают они уже не первый год. Pavel Durov was quoted at the time saying that the company was obliged to follow a “legitimate” law of the land. He added that as Apple and Google both follow the law, to violate it would give both platforms a reason to boot the messenger from its stores. Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky said in a video message on Tuesday that Ukrainian forces "destroy the invaders wherever we can." Just days after Russia invaded Ukraine, Durov wrote that Telegram was "increasingly becoming a source of unverified information," and he worried about the app being used to "incite ethnic hatred."
