Ранее Росстат сообщал, что цены на красную икру в России в сентябре выросли по сравнению с августом на 12,6%, в октябре - на 11,8%. Эксперты не могут объяснить этот рост объективными факторами.
Как заявил Василий Соколов, несмотря на то, что лососевая путина этого года заметно уступает по уловам прошлогодней, это не вызвало дефицита икры на рынке.
«Остатки от прошлой путины распродаются в этом году. Плюс у нас неплохие показатели по производству икры от аквакультуры, то есть форелевой икры. Поэтому дефицита на рынке нет. Запасов хватает, мы считаем, что подорожание неадекватное. У нас как-то любят иногда разогнать (цену), всем хочется, наверное, заработать очень сильно. Федеральная антимонопольная служба, насколько я знаю, провела свое расследование. Сейчас ждем результатов», - заявил Соколов.
