В конкурсе три номинации: «Восходящая звезда» — номинация для специалистов в возрасте до 30 лет, со стажем работы в отрасли не более 3-х лет. «Молодой лидер» — номинация для молодежи до 35 лет, стаж работы — не менее года. «Лидер в развитии молодежи» — номинация для руководителей, чей стаж на руководящей должности не менее 2-х лет.
Конкурс проводится в несколько этапов: сначала проходит отбор на уровне предприятия, а затем — на уровне дивизиона.

Since its launch in 2013, Telegram has grown from a simple messaging app to a broadcast network. Its user base isn’t as vast as WhatsApp’s, and its broadcast platform is a fraction the size of Twitter, but it’s nonetheless showing its use. While Telegram has been embroiled in controversy for much of its life, it has become a vital source of communication during the invasion of Ukraine. But, if all of this is new to you, let us explain, dear friends, what on Earth a Telegram is meant to be, and why you should, or should not, need to care. False news often spreads via public groups, or chats, with potentially fatal effects. The message was not authentic, with the real Zelenskiy soon denying the claim on his official Telegram channel, but the incident highlighted a major problem: disinformation quickly spreads unchecked on the encrypted app. "We're seeing really dramatic moves, and it's all really tied to Ukraine right now, and in a secondary way, in terms of interest rates," Octavio Marenzi, CEO of Opimas, told Yahoo Finance Live on Thursday.
