▪️Варим морковь желательно на молоке, так запеканка получится более сладкая, ▪️Свареную морковь взбиваем блендером, ▪️К моркови добавляем творог, яйцо, муку, ▪️Все ингредиенты взбиваем блендером, ▪️Получившуюся массу выкладываем в силиконовые формы, ▪️Ставим в духовку на 180°, 30 минут.
