Die Polizeidirektion #Dresden ermittelt nach einer Anzeige des brandenburgischen AfD-Fraktionschefs Hans-Christoph Berndt wegen eines Ăśbergriffs am Rande des AfD-Bundesparteitags am Wochenende in Riesa.
Laut #Berndt wurde er am Samstag bei der Anreise im Auto sitzend von „Antifa-Leuten“ umzingelt. Diese hätten sein Auto mit Stickern beklebt und die Luft aus den Reifen gelassen. Daraufhin habe er kurz den Wagen verlassen. Als er erneut in sein Auto steigen wollte, habe ihm jemand „die Autotür an den Kopf“ geknallt. Er hat nun ein blaues Auge.

Telegram was co-founded by Pavel and Nikolai Durov, the brothers who had previously created VKontakte. Telegram, which does little policing of its content, has also became a hub for Russian propaganda and misinformation. Many pro-Kremlin channels have become popular, alongside accounts of journalists and other independent observers. But Telegram says people want to keep their chat history when they get a new phone, and they like having a data backup that will sync their chats across multiple devices. And that is why they let people choose whether they want their messages to be encrypted or not. When not turned on, though, chats are stored on Telegram's services, which are scattered throughout the world. But it has "disclosed 0 bytes of user data to third parties, including governments," Telegram states on its website. In this regard, Sebi collaborated with the Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI) to reduce the vulnerability of the securities market to manipulation through misuse of mass communication medium like bulk SMS.
