Минтруд внес законопроект — эксперимент по оплате больничных самозанятым, который продлится с 1 января 2026 года до конца 2028-го.
Подключить услугу можно будет в «Мой налог»: в зависимости от суммы страхового покрытия (35 000 или 50 000 рублей в год) взнос составит 1344 рубля или 1920 рублей в месяц соответственно.
Размер пособия будет зависеть от трудового стажа и периода уплаты страховых взносов:
— 100% суммы в год: со стажем больше 8 лет — 80%: от пяти до восьми лет — 60%: до пяти лет
