В сентябре администрация объявила аукцион на кредит в 1,3 миллиарда рублей, в октябре — на кредит в 1,5 миллиарда рублей.
По данным департамента финансов, на 1 ноября долг города составляет 4,6 миллиарда рублей.

"There are several million Russians who can lift their head up from propaganda and try to look for other sources, and I'd say that most look for it on Telegram," he said.
