Но нам же не впервой. Платные парковки и ежегодный улучшайзинг по такой же схеме вводили. Типа посмотрите как в Амстердаме и Лондоне. Так что недавняя фейковая инфа о введении штрафов для старых автомобилей за порчу экологии в ближайшем будущем может оказаться и не фейковой.
