После подведения итогов продажи на аукционе в электронной форме объекта культурного наследия «Дом Яхимовича», который находится в государственной собственности, победителем стало ООО «Интеллект», которое предложило наибольшую цену.
Лот (здание площадью 1,2 тысячи квадратных метров, участок площадью 718 квадратных метров) был продан за 14 160 800 рублей.
По данным из открытых источников, ООО «Интеллект» было создано только в этом году. Учредителем и генеральным директором является некий Никита Шалеев из Липецкой области. Фирма была создана и зарегистрирована в Москве в марте этого года.
Напомним, власти уже 8 раз безуспешно пытались продать дом Яхимовича - на торги ни раз никто не заявлялся.

What distinguishes the app from competitors is its use of what's known as channels: Public or private feeds of photos and videos that can be set up by one person or an organization. The channels have become popular with on-the-ground journalists, aid workers and Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy, who broadcasts on a Telegram channel. Two days after Russia invaded Ukraine, an account on the Telegram messaging platform posing as President Volodymyr Zelenskiy urged his armed forces to surrender. These entities are reportedly operating nine Telegram channels with more than five million subscribers to whom they were making recommendations on selected listed scrips. Such recommendations induced the investors to deal in the said scrips, thereby creating artificial volume and price rise.
