Упорно ходят слухи и видео, что наши ударили межконтинентальной баллистической ракетой РС-26 по Днепропетровску.

То есть вместо ядерных блоков были обычные. Есть видео, на котором якобы момент прилета боевых блоков.

Если это правда, то это первый шаг к ядерному удару. Последнее китайское предупреждение?

По всем признакам довольно похоже на правду. Надо ждать официальных заявлений. Песков пока ожидаемо кивает на Минобороны.

Telegram is certainly not the most secure messaging app on the market right now. Its security model requires users to place a great deal of trust in Telegram’s ability to protect user data. But the Ukraine Crisis Media Center's Tsekhanovska points out that communications are often down in zones most affected by the war, making this sort of cross-referencing a luxury many cannot afford. The regulator said it had received information that messages containing stock tips and other investment advice with respect to selected listed companies are being widely circulated through websites and social media platforms such as Telegram, Facebook, WhatsApp and Instagram. This ability to mix the public and the private, as well as the ability to use bots to engage with users has proved to be problematic.
