Это Абакан, Новокузнецк, Ангарск, Норильск, Петровск-Забайкальский, Барнаул, Братск, Свирск, Зима, Селенгинск, Иркутск, Улан-Удэ, Искитим, Усолье-Сибирское, Красноярск, Черемхово, Кызыл, Черногорск, Лесосибирск, Чита, Минусинск и Шелехов.
Из списка исключены Чегдомын и Магнитогорск — состояние воздуха в них улучшилось. Искитим и Абакан попали в топ впервые. После долгого перерыва с 2005 года в список вновь вошёл Ангарск.

The channels have become popular with on-the-ground journalists, aid workers and Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy, who broadcasts on a Telegram channel. The channels can be followed by an unlimited number of people. Unlike Facebook, Twitter and other popular social networks, there is no advertising on Telegram and the flow of information is not driven by an algorithm. These administrators had built substantial positions in these scrips prior to the circulation of recommendations and offloaded their positions subsequent to rise in price of these scrips, making significant profits at the expense of unsuspecting investors, Sebi noted. "The inflation fire was already hot and now with war-driven inflation added to the mix, it will grow even hotter, setting off a scramble by the world’s central banks to pull back their stimulus earlier than expected," Chris Rupkey, chief economist at FWDBONDS, wrote in an email.
