В социальных медиа сообщается о том, что в городе Аксае мигрант пытался совершить противоправные действия в отношении 14-летней девочки.
По данному факту следственными органами СУ СК России по Ростовской области возбуждено уголовное дело по признакам преступления, предусмотренного ч. 3 ст. 30, п. «а» ч. 3 ст. 131 УК РФ (покушение на изнасилование). Подозреваемый задержан.
Председатель СК России поручил руководителю СУ по Ростовской области А.Г. Хуаде представить доклад о ходе расследования уголовного дела и установленных обстоятельствах.

Russia's intelligence agency had asked Durov to turn over the data of anti-Kremlin protesters. Durov refused to do so. After fleeing Russia, the brothers founded Telegram as a way to communicate outside the Kremlin's orbit. They now run it from Dubai, and Pavel Durov says it has more than 500 million monthly active users. Apparently upbeat developments in Russia's discussions with Ukraine helped at least temporarily send investors back into risk assets. Russian President Vladimir Putin said during a meeting with his Belarusian counterpart Alexander Lukashenko that there were "certain positive developments" occurring in the talks with Ukraine, according to a transcript of their meeting. Putin added that discussions were happening "almost on a daily basis." The perpetrators use various names to carry out the investment scams. They may also impersonate or clone licensed capital market intermediaries by using the names, logos, credentials, websites and other details of the legitimate entities to promote the illegal schemes. On Telegram’s website, it says that Pavel Durov “supports Telegram financially and ideologically while Nikolai (Duvov)’s input is technological.” Currently, the Telegram team is based in Dubai, having moved around from Berlin, London and Singapore after departing Russia. Meanwhile, the company which owns Telegram is registered in the British Virgin Islands.
