В средствах массовой информации сообщается, что в Томске бродячая собака напала на трех школьников, а также 17-летнюю девушку, причинив им телесные повреждения.
В региональном следственном управлении СК России по данному факту инициирована процессуальная проверка по признакам преступления, предусмотренного ст.293 УК РФ (халатность).
Председателем СК России дано поручение руководителю СУ по Томской области Щукину А.В. возбудить уголовное дело и представить доклад об установленных обстоятельствах.

You may recall that, back when Facebook started changing WhatsApp’s terms of service, a number of news outlets reported on, and even recommended, switching to Telegram. Pavel Durov even said that users should delete WhatsApp “unless you are cool with all of your photos and messages becoming public one day.” But Telegram can’t be described as a more-secure version of WhatsApp. Additionally, investors are often instructed to deposit monies into personal bank accounts of individuals who claim to represent a legitimate entity, and/or into an unrelated corporate account. On February 27th, Durov posted that Channels were becoming a source of unverified information and that the company lacks the ability to check on their veracity. He urged users to be mistrustful of the things shared on Channels, and initially threatened to block the feature in the countries involved for the length of the war, saying that he didn’t want Telegram to be used to aggravate conflict or incite ethnic hatred. He did, however, walk back this plan when it became clear that they had also become a vital communications tool for Ukrainian officials and citizens to help coordinate their resistance and evacuations. Pavel Durov, Telegram's CEO, is known as "the Russian Mark Zuckerberg," for co-founding VKontakte, which is Russian for "in touch," a Facebook imitator that became the country's most popular social networking site. However, the perpetrators of such frauds are now adopting new methods and technologies to defraud the investors.
