В медиапространстве сообщалось, что в одной из коммунальных квартир Санкт-Петербурга 18-летний юноша поругался с пожилой соседкой и выстрелил в нее из аэрозольного пистолета, чуть не попав женщине в голову.
Следственными органами ГСУ СК России по г. Санкт-Петербургу в отношении молодого человека возбуждено уголовное дело по признакам преступления, предусмотренного ч.2 ст. 213 УК РФ (хулиганство).
Главой СК России дано поручение и.о. руководителя ГСУ по г. Санкт-Петербургу Бобкову О.В. доложить о ходе расследования уголовного дела и установленных обстоятельствах.
