The Southern Federal District Military Court have found him guilty of burning a Z-banner, and throwing a “symbolic” Molotov cocktail at the stone steps of the Krasnodar FSB building.
The sentence specifies that Paskar will spend the first three years in prison, and then the remaining five and a half in a strict-regime colony.

In a message on his Telegram channel recently recounting the episode, Durov wrote: "I lost my company and my home, but would do it again – without hesitation." In 2014, Pavel Durov fled the country after allies of the Kremlin took control of the social networking site most know just as VK. Unlike Silicon Valley giants such as Facebook and Twitter, which run very public anti-disinformation programs, Brooking said: "Telegram is famously lax or absent in its content moderation policy." During the operations, Sebi officials seized various records and documents, including 34 mobile phones, six laptops, four desktops, four tablets, two hard drive disks and one pen drive from the custody of these persons. "This time we received the coordinates of enemy vehicles marked 'V' in Kyiv region," it added.
