В начале октября силовики уже приходили в жилище Рудого с целью осмотра помещения в рамках предварительного расследования дела о дискредитации армии России (ч. 1 ст. 280.3 УК РФ) из-за репоста антивоенного граффити в заброшенную группу в «Вконтакте», которую когда-то администрировал блогер.
