Такое предложение озвучил директор местной гимназии Виталий Погребняк на форуме «Единой России» в Югре, пишет RusNews. По его словам, для устройства в школу в качестве учителя необходим трехлетний стаж работы, которого у участников войны с Украиной нет. Таким образом, они не могут преподавать «основы безопасности и защиты Родины» (бывший ОБЖ).
Погребняк предложил губернатору ХМАО исправить норму, чтобы предмет преподавали люди, которые «на своем опыте знают, что значит защищать свою страну». Глава региона ответил, что норма о найме педагогов — федеральная, но все равно предложил ее «проработать», чтобы школьники обучались у педагога, «который сможет стать для них авторитетом».
