1 февраля, в шестнадцатую годовщину интронизации Святейшего Патриарха Московского и всея Руси Кирилла, преподаватели, сотрудники и студенты Санкт-Петербургской Духовной Академии собрались в храме апостола и евангелиста Иоанна Богослова, чтобы совершить благодарственный молебен.
Во время богослужения, которое возглавил иеромонах Геннадий (Поляков), духовенство, учащие и учащиеся помолились о здравии и благоденствии Предстоятеля Русской Православной Церкви.
После молебна Его Святейшеству было провозглашено многолетие.
