Серьезное нарушение законодательства на выборах было зафиксировано на УИК №№ 79 и 82 в Хабаровске. Подозрения наблюдателей от партии СПРАВЕДЛИВАЯ РОССИЯ – ЗА ПРАВДУ вызывала целостность стационарных ящиков для голосования.

По просьбе кандидата в депутаты Ильи Паньковского при проведении проверки членами УИК было обнаружено, что несколько ящиков имели не заводские крепления нижней части. Вместо стандартных креплений были использованы белые нитки, что потенциально открывало доступ к содержимому ящика, содержащему бюллетени.

Поданы жалобы в участковые избирательные комиссии. Нарушения устранили. На обоих участках бюллетени поместили в сейфпакеты.
