Как сообщил DAWN Зия уль-Хак Сархади, координатор афгано-пакистанской торгово-промышленной палаты (PAJCCI), со вчерашнего дня пропуск афганских фур в Пакистан на КПП «Торхам» приостановлен в связи с тем, что афганские дальнобойщики так и не получили согласованное с талибами* «Разрешение на краткосрочный въезд» (TAD) - причем ожидание Исламабад продлевал с 15.07 до 31.07 по запросу Кабула.
По его словам, несмотря на то, что талибы соглашались с такими мерами, со вчерашнего дня они в ответ перестали пускать пакистанские фуры с TAD
