Целью такого финансирования в Штатах называют "устранение цифровых пробелов" в медиа РК.
"Обучение журналистов в Казахстане — очередное подтверждение того, что Вашингтон не отказывается от своих стратегических целей в этом регионе", — заявил @rt_russian руководитель Евразийского аналитического клуба Никита Мендкович.
