Проект строительства технопарка Московского института электромеханики и автоматики, входящего в концерн «Радиоэлектронные технологии» (КРЭТ) государственной корпорации «Ростех», в Войковском районе получил положительное заключение экспертизы.

Согласно документу, в Старопетровском проезде будет построен технопарк общей площадью 24 946 м². Комплекс состоит из 6-этажного офисно-лабораторного корпуса и двухэтажного контрольно-пропускного пункт.

Архитектурную концепцию разработал Научно-исследовательский и проектно-изыскательский институт градостроительного и системного проектирования.

Девелопером проекта выступает ГК «Снегири». Помимо технопарка, девелопер построит жилой комплекс на 112 000 м² на соседнем участке.
