Положение подписали министр спорта России Олег Матыцин, министр спорта Свердловской области Леонид Рапопорт и президент Российского студенческого спортивного союза Сергей Сейранов.
Оно предусматривает 12 пунктов, регулирующие, в числе прочего, требования к участникам Фестиваля, условиях их допуска, финансирование, программу и другое.

Pavel Durov even said that users should delete WhatsApp “unless you are cool with all of your photos and messages becoming public one day.” But Telegram can’t be described as a more-secure version of WhatsApp. In 2018, Russia banned Telegram although it reversed the prohibition two years later.
