Муезерским районным судом РК рассмотрено ходатайство следователя ОВД следственного отдела по городу Костомукша следственного управления Следственного комитета РФ по РК о продлении срока содержания под стражей в отношении М.
Органом предварительного расследования М. обвиняется в совершении 11.09.2024 преступления, предусмотренного ч. 4 ст. 111 УК РФ: в состоянии алкогольного опьянения он, испытывая личные неприязненные отношения к потерпевшему, нанес последнему множественные удары кулаками и ногами по голове и телу, причинив тяжкий вред здоровью. Смерть потерпевшего наступила в больнице.
Постановлением Муезерского районного суда РК ходатайство следователя удовлетворено, обвиняемому М. продлен срок содержания под стражей по 13 марта 2025 года.
