Если бы из заявленных купленных 300+ тысяч голосов хотя бы половина была настоящей, референдум бы точно не прошел. А вся эта история с подкупом выглядит как их план Б — отменить результаты, если что-то пойдет не так.

The gold standard of encryption, known as end-to-end encryption, where only the sender and person who receives the message are able to see it, is available on Telegram only when the Secret Chat function is enabled. Voice and video calls are also completely encrypted. Stocks dropped on Friday afternoon, as gains made earlier in the day on hopes for diplomatic progress between Russia and Ukraine turned to losses. Technology stocks were hit particularly hard by higher bond yields. The news also helped traders look past another report showing decades-high inflation and shake off some of the volatility from recent sessions.
