В проекте бюджета столицы Урала на 2025 год на деятельность государственных служащих и городской думы Екатеринбурга заложено 3 млрд рублей. В частности: ☑️ 8,7 млн на содержание мэра Алексея Орлова; ☑️ 293 млн на муниципальных депутатов, в том числе командировки, сувениры и автомобили; ☑️ 1,72 млрд рублей на функционирование мэрии и восьми администраций районов. Сюда же входит реализация программы "Екатеринбург – столичный город", то есть пиар, участие в форумах, выставках и выпуск многочисленной сувенирной продукции.

On February 27th, Durov posted that Channels were becoming a source of unverified information and that the company lacks the ability to check on their veracity. After fleeing Russia, the brothers founded Telegram as a way to communicate outside the Kremlin's orbit. They now run it from Dubai, and Pavel Durov says it has more than 500 million monthly active users. Now safely in France with his spouse and three of his children, Kliuchnikov scrolls through Telegram to learn about the devastation happening in his home country. He said that since his platform does not have the capacity to check all channels, it may restrict some in Russia and Ukraine "for the duration of the conflict," but then reversed course hours later after many users complained that Telegram was an important source of information.
