Непонятно в чём проблема - скинулись и открыли школу, если есть необходимость: выписали себе учителей, закупили учебники. Бабки у публики там явно есть.
У послевоенной эмиграции в той же Австралии не было никакой помощи ни от кого - скидывались общиной, строили школы и храмы.
Не удивлюсь, если школу ещё и за счёт российского бюджета откроют, и заслуженных учителей туда выпишут. По бумагам будет красиво.

Saturday and Sunday could easily bring unfortunate news on the war front—and traders would rather be able to sell any recent winnings at Friday’s earlier prices than wait for a potentially lower price at Monday’s open.
