По словам главырегиона, строительство ВКАД позволит решить проблему пробок во Владивостоке. В частности, расширит возможности «Владивостокского морского торгового порта» и уберет из города около 500 тыс. грузовиков.
Напомним, что первый этап ВКАД включает строительство и последующую платную эксплуатацию участка дороги общего пользования регионального значения остров Русский – остров Елены – ул. Казанская протяженностью 9,7 км, в том числе 2 км мостового перехода через пролив Босфор Восточный. Его примерная стоимость оценивается в 80 – 100 млрд руб.
«Нужен грант государства, который бы позволил смягчить затраты инвестора и сделать концессию приемлемой», – добавил Кожемяко.
