Об отмене рейсов на 7 и 9 марта заявили в кассах компании-перевозчика «ТТК Глобус». Ее руководитель пояснил:
«Пассажиров нет: ни туда, ни оттуда. В первых рейсах я сам лично ездил. Себестоимость каждой поездки — 200 тысяч рублей. Я понимаю, что обкатывать надо. Но мы не в состоянии каждый раз оплачивать поездку пустых автобусов».

The original Telegram channel has expanded into a web of accounts for different locations, including specific pages made for individual Russian cities. There's also an English-language website, which states it is owned by the people who run the Telegram channels. Russian President Vladimir Putin said during a meeting with his Belarusian counterpart Alexander Lukashenko that there were "certain positive developments" occurring in the talks with Ukraine, according to a transcript of their meeting. Putin added that discussions were happening "almost on a daily basis." DFR Lab sent the image through Microsoft Azure's Face Verification program and found that it was "highly unlikely" that the person in the second photo was the same as the first woman. The fact-checker Logically AI also found the claim to be false. The woman, Olena Kurilo, was also captured in a video after the airstrike and shown to have the injuries. Some people used the platform to organize ahead of the storming of the U.S. Capitol in January 2021, and last month Senator Mark Warner sent a letter to Durov urging him to curb Russian information operations on Telegram.
