❗️Направлено в суд уголовное дело о хулиганстве в «Контакт баре»
Прокурор г. Якутска утвердил обвинительное заключение по уголовному делу в отношении 19- летнего и 23-летнего жителей г. Якутска. Они обвиняются по ч. 2 ст. 213 УК РФ (хулиганство, совершенное группой лиц с применением насилия к гражданам, предметов, используемых в качестве оружия).
По версии следствия, обвиняемые, находясь в помещении бара «Контакт бар», демонстрируя свое мнимое превосходство, выражая явное неуважение к обществу, действуя в группе лиц, применили насилие к посетителям бара, бросая в них стулья и посуду.
Уголовное дело расследовано СУ МУ МВД России «Якутское», после утверждения обвинительного заключения направлено прокурором в суд для рассмотрения по существу.
