Именно в этот день Советом народных комиссаров СССР и Центральным комитетом ВКП(б) в 1933 году было вынесено постановление «О работе железнодорожного транспорта», в котором выделили службу вагонов в самостоятельное управление.

The fake Zelenskiy account reached 20,000 followers on Telegram before it was shut down, a remedial action that experts say is all too rare.
