Такая норма с 14 июля 2022 года уже действует для других членов семей погибших участников СВО, а также для фактических воспитателей – то есть с даты, когда закон вступил в силу. Но она не распространяется на все случаи, возникшие до – люди, потерявшие своих близких в зоне СВО до 14 июля, на выплаты рассчитывать не могут.
Предложение устранить эту несправедливость мы отразили в третьем докладе Рабочей группы по вопросам СВО, который недавно был представлен Президенту.
Рассчитываем, что коллеги в ГД и СФ оперативно рассмотрят его и поддержат.
