Эта программа, запущенная в середине 2024 года, предусматривает компенсацию из бюджета не только процентной ставки, но и части стоимости жилья. В итоге после завершения экспериментального периода Минфин определит, стоит ли сделать программу постоянной или ограничиться единовременными субсидиями, госслужащим на покупку жилья, которые уже существуют.
