Силовики отмечают, что организацией допущен разлив отработанной сапропелевой грязи на ландшафт местности площадью не менее 280 квадратных метров. «Как показали исследования, отходы на почве относятся к IV классу опасности», – добавили в прокуратуре Тюменскойобласти.
Отмечается, проверку начали после обращения жителей региона. Оказалось, что известный санаторий не соблюдает природоохранное законодательство. Прокуроры внесли реабилитационному центру представление об устранении нарушений.
Однако, печалит, что ответственное должностное лицо из «Тараскуля» получит лишь штраф в размере 10 тыс. рублей. Ни о каком серьезном наказании речи не идет.
