Как пояснила журналистам директор института экономики УрФО РАН Юлия Лаврикова, нежелание Центробанка кредитовать тюменский бюджет связано с опасением, что регион не сможет быстро рассчитаться за заем. «Даже с учетом, что возврат кредита может быть направлен на инвестирование в этот же регион, Центробанк скорее всего не хочет рисковать. Из регионов Урала у Тюменской области не самый высокий экономический потенциал. Всегда есть риск невозврата займа».
Учитывая, что бюджет Тюменской области на 2025г принят с дефицитом в 41,2 млрд руб, придется по некоторым хотелкам поджаться.
