До 30 января в Екатеринбурге проходит фестиваль Аутентичной Уральской Кухни

Урал является территорией с богатой историей, но при этом не существует четких, узнаваемых границ, которые бы определяли его кухню. Миссия фестиваля – рассказать жителям и гостям Уральского региона о локальной культуре и местных особенностях через призму гастрономии.

В этом году в фестивале участвуют 55 заведений из 8 городов —любимый Е, Челябинск, Пермь, Миасс, Магнитогорск, Курган, Камышлов и Верхняя Сысерть. В Екатеринбурге сеты подготовили: Le Bourg 1905, Kitchen, «Барборис», Custo, «Паштет», «Зверобой», Tribu, Norra rok, «Два деда», «Огонек» и другие.

Для примера публикую фестивальный сет от ресторана Kitchen:
🤍 уральские наливные шанежки с козьим сыром, перепелкой и мочеными яблоками,
🤍 каре оленя с пряными голубцами и карамельной капустой,
🤍 мармелад из красного лука с посыпкой из трав,
🤍 десерт Лесной подорожник

Стоимость сета — 1700 рублей.
