По данным Mash, это было покушение на него: взрыв прогремел в тот момент, когда он шёл вместе с охраной через холл здания. Мужчину увезли в реанимацию.
Саркисян занимался подготовкой наших бойцов в Горловке. На Украине он был в розыске, и 4 декабря 2024 года там ему предъявили обвинение в участии в незаконных вооружённых формированиях, ведущих боевые действия против ВСУ.

Elsewhere, version 8.6 of Telegram integrates the in-app camera option into the gallery, while a new navigation bar gives quick access to photos, files, location sharing, and more. Apparently upbeat developments in Russia's discussions with Ukraine helped at least temporarily send investors back into risk assets. Russian President Vladimir Putin said during a meeting with his Belarusian counterpart Alexander Lukashenko that there were "certain positive developments" occurring in the talks with Ukraine, according to a transcript of their meeting. Putin added that discussions were happening "almost on a daily basis." Such instructions could actually endanger people — citizens receive air strike warnings via smartphone alerts.
