Ранее он был судим за разбой и незаконный оборот оружия. В 2010 году Гасанов был осужден на 7 лет, в 2019 году — условно на 1,5 года. После освобождения он вернулся в Екатеринбург и продолжил противоправную деятельность пока его не задержали.
