Сегодня Мосгорсуд должен был рассматривать наши жалобы на один очень странный приговор. Вчера днём помощник судьи позвонил, подтвердил дату и время заседания и уточнил явку. А уже в 18:00 того же дня он же сообщил, что судья на учебе, поэтому заседание откладывается на месяц.
Очень похоже на то, что председательствующий вчера впервые открыл дело и понял, что без срочного повышения квалификации тут не вывезти. Искренне надеюсь на то, что эта внезапная и неистовая тяга к знаниям не пройдёт даром и поможет суду разобраться в элементарных нормах УК и Семейного кодекса.
