По данным собеседника, инцидент произошёл в ночь на 13 января в ведомственном здании по адресу: Ольховская улица, 25. Там располагаются различные структуры Минобороны (например, командование железнодорожными войсками), а также Управление ФСБ по Московскому военному округу.
На рабочем месте было обнаружено тело сотрудника ФСБ Владимира Фещенко. Он был убит- на лбу зияла глубокая рана.
