Мероприятия проходят, в рамках уголовного дела, возбужденного вчера Следственным департаментом МВД РФ по статье 285 УК РФ (злоупотребление полномочиями). Ущерб по делу превышает 45 млрд рублей. Оперативное сопровождение по делу ведет Управление П ФСБ РФ. По итогам обысков четыре человека задержаны. Три из них занимали посты замруководителя РОСНАНО. Решается вопрос об избрании меры пресечения. По словам источника, главный фигурант дела Анатолий Чубайс.

Meanwhile, the company which owns Telegram is registered in the British Virgin Islands. The last couple days have exemplified that uncertainty. On Thursday, news emerged that talks in Turkey between the Russia and Ukraine yielded no positive result. But on Friday, Reuters reported that Russian President Vladimir Putin said there had been some “positive shifts” in talks between the two sides.
