Иск Seven Suns в лице ООО "Специализированный застройщик "Вектор" подавал сразу и к Заксобранию Петербурга, и к губернатору города.
🗣 Таким образом, остальные девелоперы (прежде всего, "прибитая" Заксобранием и Смольным "Страна Девелопмент") получили чёткий сигнал о правилах поведения в Санкт-Петербурге.
Тем более, что Seven Suns власти предлагали и альтернативный участок, и выкуп. И не только им.
