Это, живописец, график, скульптор, изобретатель Владимир Давидович Баранов-Россине (13.01. 1888 Великая Лепетиха, таврическая губерния — январь 1944, Освенцим). В 1910 г. он уехал в Париж, где поселился в знаменитой колонии художников «Улей» по соседству с Шагалом, Цадкиным, Модильяни, и, наконец, Хаимом Соломоновичем Сутиным. Который также родился 13 января (1893 Смиловичи, Минская губерния – 9 августа 1943, оккупированный Париж). Один из крупнейших мастеров «Парижской школы».

He did, however, walk back this plan when it became clear that they had also become a vital communications tool for Ukrainian officials and citizens to help coordinate their resistance and evacuations.
