По плану, сдать обе высотки застройщик должен к 2030 году. Башни соединит общее стилобатное основание высотой в три этажа. В нём будут фитнес-зал с бассейном, офисы с террасами, и даже детский сад. А на крыше стилобата – закрытый двор для жильцов площадью больше 10 тыс. кв. метров.
В части стилобата будет располагаться большая арка, которая будет обеспечивать сквозной проход из центральной части города, проспекта Ленина, на набережную.
