Местом проведения фестиваля "Вверх фест" станет нижняя терраса Лагерного сада, пишет "МК в Томске".
"Одновременно в небо на нижней террасе Лагерного сада будут запущены 7 аэростатов из разных уголков России", - говорится на сайте организаторов "Вверх фест". Предполагается, что томичи смогут не только наблюдать за полётами воздушных шаров, но и прокатиться в кабине.
На счёт "прокатиться" не уверены, но красиво будет точно.
