Очередной печальный случай произошёл у социально-экономического института имени Плеханова. Там створа собак набросились на 37-летнюю женщину с 2-летним ребенком на руках. Один пес прокусил горожанке ногу.
В региональном СУ СКР начали проверку по факту инцидента. Следователи дадут объективную юридическую оценку действиям лиц, ответственных за отлов бродячих животных в этом районе. Правда, проблему это так и не решает.
Стабильно раз в неделю на жителей Саратовской области нападают бездомные псы. Причём чаще всего жертвами становятся именно дети. Но, пока все, что делает Валерий Радаев и его подчиненные — это ищут виноватых.
