9 ноября 2021 Дмитрия Щурко задержали в очередной раз. Но он до сих пор сидит в СИЗО-7, его обвинили сразу по трем статьям УК. И вчера по ним вынесли приговор: колония и штраф.
Все три вменённые Дмитрию статьи были за слова в Интернете. В том числе за то, что в Youtube на своём крохотном канале (с 8 подписчиками) он выразил мнение про свой первый приговор (за "украденную у омоновца" на акции протеста рацию). Этим мнением было: "дело сфабриковано следователем и прокуратурой".
