МВД продолжает обновлять список "лиц, причастных к экстремистской деятельности" (так официально называется "список экстремистов").
В прошлую пятницу туда включили 1 человека из нашего региона: 55-летнего Андрея Холупко из Барановичей. А сегодня в список добавили брестчанина Николая Роя, которому в Минске присудили 12 лет колонии.
А сам список, будет не лишним напомнить, состоит исключительно из людей, осужденных по политическим уголовным делам.

What distinguishes the app from competitors is its use of what's known as channels: Public or private feeds of photos and videos that can be set up by one person or an organization. "There is a significant risk of insider threat or hacking of Telegram systems that could expose all of these chats to the Russian government," said Eva Galperin with the Electronic Frontier Foundation, which has called for Telegram to improve its privacy practices.
